Yes, we have enough capacity for schooling or institute in our area. Schooling or institute is the basic foundation of knowledge 📕 being imparted to a child 🧒.
The Indian education 🏫 system is one of the largest in the world 🌎 with more than 1.5 million schools. India 🇮🇳 has more than 4.5 lakh private schools ✏️.
The main purpose for schooling or institute:-
Those people who are not educated and want to study 📚 and they don't have any sources for study 📝and they belong to backwards areas. If our school help with those people 👫 so they can do great work 🏢 for our nation.
How can we open a school or institute?
These are some steps 🚶 which we have to follow.
1.Prepare a blueprint:-
💢 First step to start a school 🏫 is to plan 📆 everything in advance.
💢 How many years did it take to get our school ready?
💢 Plan a location and experienced educator and many faculty for students.
💢 This plan will act as a blueprint.
2. Develop a budget:-
💢 Break down your project into tasks and milestones.
💢 Estimate each item in the task list.
💢 Add your estimates together.
💢 Add contingency and taxes.
💢 Add approval.
💢 Our next step is to arrange your finance.
💢 To open an institute we have to need 15 to 20 lakhs investment.
💢 And then share and finalize.
3. Associate with a trust or society:-
💢 Trust, societies are non-properties organizations which means that they are set up to provide service to the community and not with a profit motive.
💢 In India educationinstitutions are mandatorily established by a trust or society.
💢 This rule was established within the territory of India.
💢 For that we can take membership of any trust or society.
4. Arrange a suitable land:-
💢 We will require land for opening a school ✏️ or institute that should be around 8000sq. ft. to 10,000sq.ft.
💢 After getting a NOC from the Department of education 🎒 then we can buy land for schooling.
💢 We will find 🔍 suitable land for schooling.
5. Construct the building of the school:-
💢 Now, without delay we should start planning construction.
💢 Firstly, we have to appoint an architect 📐 to design 🎨 our schools ✏️ and its office 📁 and many other things.
💢 We would take care of students 🏫 safety measures in place, smart classes, playground 🎢 auditorium and lab etc.
6. Approach the department of education for recognition:-
💢 After our school will be ready, construction 👷 work 🏢 is finished then we have to get recognition.
💢 We have to apply to the department of education 🎒 of the state government for our school ✏️ recognition.
💢 We have to submit our documents 📥 like a list of members of society with full details and details of the land and our schools ✏️ facility.
7. Trained teacher 🧑🏫 :-
💢 After recognition we would need to trained teachers 🧑🏫 for our schooling.
💢 We have to find such as like teachers 🧑🏫 who have satisfactorily completed the prescribed course of training at a higher education 🎒.
💢 A trained teacher refers to a knowledge 📖, attitude, behaviours and skills they require to perform their task effectively in the classroom.
8. Total school spending:-

9. Promotional strategies:-
💢 We have to promote our school through advertisements, pamphlets and posters etc.
💢 Firstly we have to design 🎨 one website and set up a mailing list to keep interested parents 👨👩👧 in touch with our progress 🚧.
10. Pre-launch:-
💢 After promoting our school, we need to open the offices 📁 and begin the admission.
💢 We would need to appoint teachers 🧑🏫 to plan 📆 curriculum, teaching strategies and learning environment ♻️.
Advertisement for schooling:-
💢 Our school will available many facilities for children like education free of cost and some stationary.
We will available a friendly facilitator for students that they can ask anything without any hesitation.
There are many activities in our school like playground 🎢, lab etc.
11. Open ceremony:-
💢 You all are welcome to our school 🏫open ceremony. We are so happy 😊 to see you all. We are thankful our every person 👫 who participated in the open 👐 ceremony 🏆.
💢 I am feeling very glad to inform you our school is going to open from 1st July 2022-2023 and students can get a good education with stationary 📍 and at all things here.
💢 As we told you we will provide students 🧑🎓 the best education for free cost. for that we have arranged some funds.
12. Conclusion:-
💢 Yes, we have enough capacity for opening a good school for free of cost. Those were some steps 🚶 which we have to follow. We can give education to those who are not able to get some books and many other things.
💢 Here I have come is the end of the project and am open on the project( skill India) and we all have done our work with dedication and honesty.
